HappyTooth is a one-person studio based in Poland. This page covers this website, happytoothapp.com. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked below — those are the authoritative documents for what happens inside the apps.

This website has no accounts, no login, no contact form and no newsletter. It does not ask you for any personal information, and there is nothing here to sign up for.

No personal information is collected from children by either app.

What this website collects

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, so I can tell whether anyone is reading. It records aggregate visit data — page, referrer, approximate country, device type — and does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you across other sites.

That is the only measurement on the site. There are no ad networks, no social tracking pixels and no third-party embeds.

What this website does not do

No accounts, logins or passwords.
No contact forms — the only way to reach me is the email address below, which you control.
No newsletter or mailing list.
No advertising, and no selling of anything to anyone.

If you email me

Email arrives in a normal mailbox and stays there. I use it to answer you and to fix whatever you reported. I do not add you to a list, and I do not pass your address on.

The apps

The apps are separate from this website and each publishes its own policy:

Neither app asks for a name, an address or an account. No personal information is collected from children; the only identifiers involved are device-level ones. Tapuchino is single-player — no accounts, no login, no cloud save, no chat — and your progress is stored on your own device.

Children

Ticko: Tooth Brushing Timer is made for children aged 3–9. It carries no ads. No personal information is collected from children using it. If you are a parent or guardian and you have a question about your child's use of either app, email me and I will answer it directly.

Your rights

HappyTooth is based in Poland, so the GDPR applies. You have the right to ask what information relates to you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Given that this website holds no personal information about you beyond aggregate analytics, in practice this usually concerns email correspondence. Ask and I will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
