A two-minute brushing timer kids actually finish. Ticko counts them through all four zones, and cartoon episodes, streaks and treasure chests handle the motivation.
Mr. Luwak — the mentor
A coffee shop you run by hand. Grind, brew, serve — every cup passes through your fingers. Mr. Luwak walks you through your first contract, then goes back to his nap.
HappyTooth is a one-person indie studio, founded in 2025 and based in Poland, that builds playful, polished mobile apps and games for iOS and Android. Design, code, art direction and support are all handled by founder Andrei Karavaichyk, which is why the studio ships one app at a time rather than several at once.
Two titles are published so far. Ticko: Tooth Brushing Timer turns two minutes of brushing into a game for children aged 3 to 9, with cartoon episodes, daily streaks and treasure chests, and carries no ads. Tapuchino: Idle Cafe Tycoon is a hands-on coffee shop tycoon and idle barista game where you grind, brew and serve every cup by tapping the station yourself. No personal information is collected from children. Neither app asks for a name, an address or an account, and the only identifiers involved are device-level ones. Tapuchino is single-player: no accounts, no login, no cloud save and no chat, with game progress stored on your own device. Each app publishes its own privacy policy with the full detail.

For a bug, say which app, which device and what happened, and the report goes straight to the person who wrote the code — there is no support queue in between. HappyTooth is one person, so replies are written by hand rather than by a helpdesk.
