Email me directly

If you would rather skip the app pages, or your question covers both apps, email me and say which app you are asking about.

What to include in a bug report

You do not have to fill in a form, but these four things turn a report into a fix:

• Which app, and which platform — iOS or Android.
• What device, and roughly what OS version.
• What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you can catch it.

Refunds and purchases

Purchases go through the App Store and Google Play, not through me — I never see your payment details and cannot issue a refund directly. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google through the store you bought from. If something went wrong with a purchase in the app itself, email me and I will help sort out what happened.

Parents

Ticko: Tooth Brushing Timer is made for children aged 3–9 and carries no ads. Child profiles, photos and coloring pages stay on your device. The Ticko privacy policy explains analytics, purchase validation and parental controls. If you have a question about your child's use of the app, email me and I will answer it directly.
