What to include in a bug report

You do not have to fill in a form, but these four things turn a report into a fix:

• Which app, and which platform — iOS or Android.
• What device, and roughly what OS version.
• What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you can catch it.

Refunds and purchases

Purchases go through the App Store and Google Play, not through me — I never see your payment details and cannot issue a refund directly. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google through the store you bought from. If something went wrong with a purchase in the app itself, email me and I will help sort out what happened.

Parents

Ticko: Tooth Brushing Timer is made for children aged 3–9 and carries no ads. No personal information is collected from children. If you have a question about your child's use of the app, email me and I will answer it directly. The privacy page covers what the website and apps do and do not collect.
